WOW! I am 73 years old. It only took me 1/2 hour to read your email, save doc as pdf, download iStudio, and figure out how to load the text! Can't believe I did it so fast.

Your product (stability, range of facilities, ease of use and incredible value for money) and support (personal, responsive and comprehensive) are quite outstanding.
I'm grateful for all the work you've put into this program and the reasonable price! It is a great tool and it means that our non-profit organization can have quality software to produce our materials without paying a premium for software which is far more complicated than it needs to be.
